LED ZEPPELIN - Haven't We Met Somewhere Before (2011)

Nouvel album des légendaires LED ZEPPELIN. 2011 nous gratifie d'un live qui devait surement se trouver parmi les innombrables bootlegs du groupe.

Alors, si nous sommes là pour vous signaler de bons disques nous sommes là aussi pour vous interpeller sur les daubes qui peuvent sortir. Celle là, c'est une perle.

14 titres au programme et pourtant des standards et des hymnes - Rock and Roll, The Song Remains The Same, Kashmir, Stairway to Heaven, Whole Lotta Love,..., Black Dog (celui-ci, je crois que c'est le pire et en plus ils terminent le concert avec ce titre !). Mais là s'en est trop. Pourquoi sortir ce genre de live qui devrait passer dans l'oubli? Ou alors, retirer le ou les titres pour les rajouter à d'autres enregistrements comme la politique disquaire le fait si bien depuis un bon moment. Mais là, le choix est Cornélien car quel(s) titre(s) prendre?

Je n'irais pas à dire que c'est extrêmement mauvais niveau prestation, mais c'est quand même mauvais (?? Mince, il l'a dit!). Y'a des jours il faut savoir rester couché ! Avec ce qu'ils se sont mis dans le nez, les veines et j'en passe les mélanges font rarement bon effet. Je pense même que le plus défoncé entre J. Page et R. Plant, c'est le père Jimmy qui aura la palme de la soirée.

Les soli sont défoncés comme le guitariste, les parties vocales sont tellement poussées qu'elles partent à volo, il y a des plages musicales qui sont trop longues et qui n'apportent rien, si, peut être une saturation et l’envie de passer à autre chose.

Pour les fans mais vraiment les supers hyper et …. Fans, ils peuvent tenter l’expérience, les autres peuvent passer leur chemin, il n’y a rien à entendre ni même à écouter. Et, cette fois, je suis sympa, je ne mettrais pas de son. Je pense à vous. Pendant que je termine cette chronique, Over the Hills and Far Away  est entrain de tourner, (j’ai déjà pourtant entendu du grand n’importe quoi qui était quelque fois voulu et qu’on pouvait prendre au 25^e degré) mais là, c’est insupportable. N‘ACHETEZ PAS CETTE…. enfin, vous m’aurez compris !
