In 1993, Paul Rodgers released the acclaimed blues based album “Muddy Water Blues” (now available on Eagle Records) with contributions from many special guest artists with a shared love for the blues. In July 1994 the tour in support of this album rolled into Montreux. The regular tour band was joined through the evening by a number of special guests to create a typically unique Montreux festival performance including an amazing finale of “Hoochie Coochie Man” where all the guests join in.   The line-up for the body of the show features Paul Rodgers, Neal Schon and Jason Bonham with Ian Hatton (guitar); John Smithson (bass) but is spiced up yet further with guest appearances from: Brian May, Steve Lukather, Eddie Kirkland, Sherman Robertson, Luther Allison, Robert Lucas and Kenny Neal.

Un nouveau concert de Gary lui aussi à montreux. Gary etant un invité régulier de cette capiltale suisse de la musique. Un concert qui ne fait pas parti du coffret ' essential montreux' qui est deja sorti depuis un petit moment. Celui-ci est donc a rajouter a ce coffret et pareil pour vous faire une petite idée - mais est ce vraiment utile pour les fans de l'irlandais?? En blue Ray dvd et cd

2010 saw Gary Moore make a return to rock music after a long period of time exploring the blues. He was writing and working on a new rock album when all was brought to a halt by his untimely death on 6 February 2011. This concert from Montreux in July 2010 was his last performance to be filmed. The setlist draws heavily on his hugely successful rock albums of the eighties, stirs in a couple of his classic blues tracks with some memorable hit singles and includes three brand new songs that would have featured on the album left sadly uncompleted on his death. Gary Moore was one of the finest and most respected guitarists the British Isles have ever produced. This concert shows just what a talent we will miss. (blue Ray dvd et cd)
